About the Job

Wadsworth Glass Inc is seeking a skilled bookkeeper to assist with the migration of our accounts to a cloud-based QuickBooks system. As a QuickBooks Certified Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for migrating our existing accounts and integrating our new customer relationship management (CRM) software with QuickBooks online.

This is a temporary position, working 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday, for 90 days with the potential to go permanently full-time after that. We offer a competitive wage of $28 - $32/hour, based on experience, and outstanding benefits and perks for our full-time employees.

Responsibilities
  • Migrate existing accounts to a cloud-based QuickBooks system
  • Integrate new customer relationship management (CRM) software with QuickBooks online
  • Perform financial reporting and analysis
Requirements
  • 10+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with financial reporting, Chart of accounts balance sheets, cash flows, and profit and loss (P&L)
  • QuickBooks Certified
