Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Activities Assistant to join our team at Country Meadows Associates II LLP. As an Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating engaging experiences for our residents, promoting a sense of pride and purpose, and fostering a positive and enthusiastic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new and innovative activities and experiences that cater to the diverse interests of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the Activities Coordinator and other team members to plan and execute on-site and off-site events and activities.
  • Lead groups and facilitate socialization among residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that residents feel valued and respected.
  • Work closely with volunteers to create meaningful impact and promote resident engagement.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in group socialization or recreational programs preferred, but not required.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire residents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and volunteers.
  • Valid driver's license with no major violations in the past five years.
  • Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
