Job Title: Electronics Engineering Expert

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineering Expert to join our team at RTA US. This is a unique opportunity to work on engine control system products and develop innovative FPGA/ASIC solutions.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop custom digital devices to support electronic engine control units.
  • Evaluate process flow, including high-level design, synthesis, place and route, timing constraints, and power utilization.
  • Achieve timing closure on FPGA designs and generate test benches.
  • Verify complex products that use FPGAs and/or ASICs to DO-254 standards.
  • Develop RTL using VHDL, Verilog, or SystemVerilog, and debug designs via simulation tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and/or Computer Engineering with 5+ years of experience.
  • Master's degree in Electronics Engineering and/or Computer Engineering with 3+ years of experience.
  • PhD in Electronics Engineering and/or Computer Engineering.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Validate FPGA hardware using test equipment and debug tools.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as TCL, Python, and Shell scripts.
  • Proficient in Windows and Linux development environments.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git, SVN.
  • Experience with Actel & Xilinx tool flows.

What We Offer:

$118,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
