Responsibilities- Wear proper safety equipment at all times.
- Monitor and ensure quality of product in a high-paced manufacturing setting.
- Complete documentation for each order.
- Review packing guide for customer-required packaging instructions.
- Communicate with coworkers to discuss and correct quality issues.
- Maintain work area to meet 5-S expectations.
- Notify leadership if there are any questions concerning the quality of parts being produced.
- Pack finished product in the Molding department.
- Place completed boxes on skids.
- Assist lead person and other inspector operators in their section.
- Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental, and department of health requirements.
- Perform any other duties required by the leadership team.
- Basic math skills (counting, adding, subtracting, etc.).
- Ability to stand/walk for 10 plus hours of a 12-hour shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with minimal frequency of 20 times per hour.
- Ability to reach and lift 50 lbs. to shoulder height at a minimum of 10 times per hour.
