Position Overview

The Membership Experience Associate plays a pivotal role in fostering connections within our Venice Beach location. Reporting directly to the Membership Manager, this position exemplifies the standard of service for all members, guests, and team members.

As the first point of contact, the Membership Experience Associate is responsible for welcoming members and visitors, managing registrations, coordinating meeting spaces, and ensuring the upkeep of communal areas and amenities. This role acts as the central communication hub for both internal and external interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture aligned with our core values of generosity, authenticity, curiosity, and kindness.
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service to all members and guests.
  • Maintain the front desk and guest waiting areas, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Manage member and guest check-ins efficiently.
  • Gain insights into various departments through cross-training on essential systems.
  • Facilitate timely connections between guests and members.
  • Communicate member needs effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist the IT team with member technical inquiries.
  • Handle incoming communications and direct them appropriately.
  • Manage mail and messenger services accurately.
  • Engage in conversations about events and amenities with members and guests.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for the NeueHouse brand.
  • Encourage networking among members for social and professional growth.
  • Adhere to departmental policies and safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
