Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support our client's Accounting team in a contract capacity. Our client is a nationally recognized organization in the media industry, offering a flexible, Hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client billing issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to gain additional experience with a well-known company while still being able to search for a long-term permanent fit.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
