As a Financial Counselor at Ensemble Health Partners, you will play a critical role in helping patients navigate the complex healthcare system and ensuring that they receive the care they need. Your expertise will be essential in assessing patient liabilities, collecting copays, deductibles, and co-insurance, and providing financial assistance to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and collect patient liabilities, including copays, deductibles, and co-insurance
  • Provide financial assistance to patients in need
  • Work with patients to sign consent to treat, observation, and other registration-related forms
  • Assist eligibility specialists in verifying insurance information, Medicaid, and charity processing
  • Run daily census to determine patients with potential eligibility
