Job Summary

Christian Counseling Associates (CCA) is seeking a skilled Outpatient Counselor to join our team in Boardman, Ohio. As a member of our eastern Ohio north region, you will be part of a growing, competitive team of counselors who challenge and support each other to reach their highest potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide competent Christian counseling consistent with our organization's mission, vision, and values.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a supportive and growth-oriented work environment.
Requirements
  • Licensure in the state of Ohio as an LPCC, IMFT, LISW, or Licensed Psychologist is highly preferred.
  • Positions are also available for LPC, MFT, and LSW candidates who can benefit from clinical supervision leading to full licensure in Ohio within 2 years.
  • Internship candidates from accredited Masters-level Counseling and Social Work programs are welcome to apply.
