Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial roofing systems, such as flat roofs, metal roofs, and single-ply membranes.
- Conducting thorough inspections to evaluate roofing conditions, identify problems, and suggest suitable solutions.
- Performing troubleshooting and diagnostic evaluations to uncover leaks, cracks, and other roofing issues.
- Collaborating with the project team to formulate roofing strategies, coordinate materials and equipment, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Safely operating and maintaining roofing tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by professionally addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Documenting work performed, including materials utilized, repairs executed, and hours worked.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roofing installation and repair.
- In-depth knowledge of various commercial roofing systems and materials.
- Proficiency in using roofing tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Certification or training in commercial roofing systems.
- Familiarity with different types of roofing membranes and coatings.
- Understanding of modified bitumen roofing systems and the ability to operate roofing torches.
