We are currently seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee construction activities for projects ensuring they meet specifications, stay within budget, and are completed on time. The projects you will manage are complex to highly complex, requiring coordination, planning, and supervision of craft superintendents and contractors. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be adept at managing multiple discipline superintendents with little guidance from senior leadership, overseeing projects ranging from $50MM and up, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Directly manage construction activities to meet project specifications, budget, and schedule.
  • Project Coordination: Manage complex projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Coordinate, plan, and supervise craft superintendents and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Discipline Management: Oversee multiple discipline superintendents on projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Science, or Engineering, or equivalent job experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of twenty years of experience in construction management.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Leadership: Capable of managing and leading a team to achieve project goals.
  • Project Management: Proven success in managing construction scope on mid to large-sized projects.
  • Design/Build Experience: Design/Build experience preferred, with expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Piping/Plumbing, Automation, I&C.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with computer programs for project management and reporting, with experience with PlanGrid desirable.
