As a key member of our In-Home Therapy team, you will play a vital role in providing structured one-to-one support to youth aged 0-20, focusing on skill building, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Master's Level Clinicians to implement therapeutic objectives and develop treatment plans addressing youth mental health, behavioral, and emotional needs.
- Teach youth to understand, direct, interpret, manage, and control feelings and emotional responses to situations, and support families in addressing emotional and mental health needs.
- Assist with care coordination with community providers involved in the youth's treatment.
- Develop safety plans for crisis management in collaboration with clinicians, youth, and families.
- Support families in exploring community resources and natural supports.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- 21 years of age or older, computer literate.
- One to two years of experience working with emotionally disturbed children/adolescents.
