Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize costs and improve quality across indirect categories.
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including market analysis, supplier evaluation and selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives and budgets.
- Manage complex contracts and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous supply and improve quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with a focus on indirect categories.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office software (Excel in particular) and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of an ERP System is a plus (Oracle).
- Competitive salary range: $105,000 - $117,000.
- Unlimited paid time off and 15 days paid time off for hourly team members.
