Role Overview:

We are seeking a proficient Salesforce Solutions Architect to collaborate with Product Managers and team members, ensuring the effective and timely execution of Salesforce requirements tailored for the nCino platform within the Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all facets of nCino and Salesforce (SFDC), including configuration, customization, and the implementation of applications along with third-party integrations.
  • Work alongside internal stakeholders to develop solutions in nCino that align with business needs and promote continuous improvement.
  • Exhibit functional expertise in data structures, utilizing the tool to fulfill complex process and reporting requirements with minimal supervision.
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the nCino platform, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Provide solutions and support for break-fix issues, managing multiple projects and priorities while ensuring quality delivery of enterprise solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and availability.
  • Offer current best practices and third-party solution alternatives as part of the functional design documentation.
  • Create system documentation and participate in requirements, design, and code reviews.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as SFDC triggers, controllers, Visualforce page development, sObjects, and SOQL.
  • Demonstrate successful implementation of Batch Apex and/or Scheduled Apex development.
  • Engage in various production support activities, including change management, release management, capacity planning, and incident management.
  • Actively participate in all team meetings.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
  • Salesforce System Administrator Certification or Platform Developer 1 Certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a developer or System Administrator.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Admin Certification, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer 2 Certification.
  • Over 5 years of experience with the Salesforce development toolkit, including Apex, Test classes, Triggers, Visualforce, HTML, CSS, JQuery, SOQL/SOSL, IDE, and migration tools.
  • At least 3 years of experience with the nCino Cloud Banking Platform.
  • 3+ years of experience with Service-Oriented Architecture.
  • 3+ years of experience with AppExchange tools.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, validations, custom permissions, and approvals.
  • 3+ years of experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL processes.
  • 3+ years of experience in real-time Salesforce Development Community (SFDC) data integration with enterprise systems.
  • 3+ years of experience with SOAP/REST API development.
  • 2+ years of experience translating business requirements into solution designs.
  • 1+ year of experience with Lightning.
  • 1+ year of experience leading sessions to define and document business requirements.
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile Scrum Methodology.
