Job Overview:

  • Assist in investigating incidents and additional duties assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a reputable institution.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas or compact licensure.
  • Ongoing clinical certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc.).
  • Specialized certification in advanced areas or commitment to obtaining it within 2 years.
