About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join Nu Skin as a Procurement Specialist, where you will play a key role in guiding and completing the full cycle procurement process for Latin American markets. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for training and upholding policy and established processes, ensuring the smooth execution of procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Latin America markets to support purchasing activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Utilize Coupa (P2O) to input suppliers, contracts, purchase requests, and other procurement-related data.
  • Train on and uphold company policy and procedure, ensuring compliance and adherence to established standards.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for approval processes, ensuring that all procurement activities are properly authorized and documented.
  • Work primarily on computer, with regular Zoom or Teams calls to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot difficult purchasing situations, providing solutions and recommendations to ensure successful procurement outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Procurement degree preferred, with a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
  • Senior-level experience in procurement, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
  • Spanish fluency is a must, with the ability to communicate effectively with Latin American markets and stakeholders.
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work every workday.
  • Ability to quickly learn system (Coupa), company policy and process, and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bonus Points:
  • Previous procurement training experience, with a focus on Latin American markets.
  • Previous Coupa experience, with a strong understanding of the system and its applications.
