Assembly Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling devices supporting satellites, night vision goggles, cameras, sensors, and other equipment for our Department of Defense clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble devices and equipment with high precision and attention to detail
- Work in a clean room environment, wearing personal protective equipment as required
- Read and follow work instructions and drawings to ensure accurate assembly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements
- 0-5 years of assembly experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fine motor skills and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift 5-10 pounds regularly and up to 32 pounds occasionally
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working under a microscope
- Experience working in a clean room environment
- Strong attention to detail
