Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • One year of experience in home health or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
