Position: Early Childhood Educator

Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and passionate educators to become part of our KidZone ministry team. Ideal candidates should have a strong commitment to nurturing young minds and promoting their growth in a secure and affectionate environment. This position requires collaboration with a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional care and education for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and nurture children in a Christ-centered environment
  • Monitor children's activities and promote healthy habits
  • Encourage children's social and emotional development
  • Engage children in both educational and recreational activities
  • Maintain regular communication with parents regarding child development
  • Assist in emergency procedures and training requirements
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety within the classroom

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Successful candidates should demonstrate:

  • A genuine desire to serve others
  • A passion for working with children
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities
  • Capability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Physical capacity to lift and engage in various activities

Education & Experience:

A High School Diploma is required.

Prior experience in childcare or preschool environments is preferred.
