As a skilled Automotive Technician with DBA Midas, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with a team.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnostics and Repairs: Use state-of-the-art computer systems to diagnose and repair complex issues with vehicles.
- Oil Change and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, to ensure vehicles are running efficiently.
- System Repairs: Repair and maintain various vehicle systems, including heating and air conditioning, steering and suspension, belts and hoses, radiator and engine cooling systems, batteries, starting and charging, and brakes.
- Technical Skills: Possess knowledge of automotive brakes, exhaust, suspension, and engine diagnostics.
- Equipment Operation: Have experience using shop equipment, such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools.
- Communication: Be able to effectively communicate with colleagues and management to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality repairs.
- Competitive Pay: Earn an excellent base pay, plus productivity pay, with the potential to earn up to $100,000 with good productivity.
- Benefits: Enjoy a 5-day workweek, great work environment, closed Sundays, paid vacation, sick pay, on-site training, and health insurance.
