FEAM Technical Services is currently in search of a skilled Aerospace Maintenance Technician to join our team in Richmond, VA. We take pride in consistently surpassing our customers' expectations and fostering long-lasting relationships with our clientele.

The Aerospace Maintenance Technician is accountable to their immediate supervisor for the execution of all assigned tasks in accordance with the policies, procedures, requirements, and specifications set forth by the Company, relevant government agencies, and manufacturers as outlined in the approved technical documentation.


Key Responsibilities:
Conduct line maintenance (both on-call and scheduled) on various clients' aircraft.
Perform routine maintenance and airworthiness releases (within the scope of approval) to return aircraft to service.

Responsible for servicing, inspecting, and maintaining aircraft, aircraft engines, and associated components; effectively completing work to meet deadlines and performance targets.

Troubleshoot systems; disassemble, repair, and reassemble sections and components to ensure full operational capability in accordance with Approved Technical Data provided by the customer.

Ensure all departing aircraft meet safety standards as per FARs and the air carrier/manufacturer manuals, with all work properly documented.

Execute line maintenance duties, activities, and maintenance tasks as assigned.
Collaborate and communicate with the air carrier's maintenance control center as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:
Must possess a current valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License.
Experience as an aircraft technician with B767 & B737 models.

Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in line maintenance, with a focus on troubleshooting, daily and turn checks, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Must hold a valid driver's license.

Ability to frequently stand, walk, and utilize hand and finger dexterity, climb, balance, bend, or crawl, occasionally from heights in challenging conditions.

Capability to frequently lift/push/carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Awareness of working near and around moving mechanical parts, as well as exposure to fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals and loud noises.

Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment and interpret technical information.
Be prepared for exposure to outdoor weather conditions as well as non-weather conditions such as extreme heat or cold.
Must be proficient in reading and writing English.
Must successfully pass airport security background checks and be willing to travel for work as required.
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, to meet customer demands.

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Customer-facing skills, with the ability to interact professionally with flight crews.
Self-motivated and independent, capable of working without direct supervision.
