Job Summary

The Regeneron Command Center Operator III is a key member of the Real Estate & Facilities Management (RE&FM) team, serving as the primary point of contact for the designated shift in the Regeneron Operations Command Center (ROCC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor site systems, assess trends, investigate abnormalities, and coordinate corrective action or communicate external conditions to key stakeholders and escalate activities as appropriate.
  • Utilize education and experience in areas such as HVAC, site power, UPS systems, emergency generators, etc. to ensure campus conditions are normal and/or to optimize conditions as identified.
  • Support research programs by monitoring space conditions, altering, modifying or maintaining facilities systems to meet business requirements.
  • Provide direction for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance efforts.
  • Analyze and provide written reports of maintenance trends.
  • Provide timely verbal and written communications with team and customers.
  • Perform facilities work requests utilizing computerized IWMS and documents work product.
  • Provide specialized and/or general support when required to other departments.
Requirements
  • Experience with large multi-site facilities, or campus settings.
  • Experience with HVAC, Building Automation Systems and mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Availability 24/7 for assistance and emergency response.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, outlook, power point), SharePoint, etc.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license recognized by New York State.
