**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Coach to join our team at Arrow Alliance Industries LLC. This is a remote position that requires travel up to 50%.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the effective integration of instructional technology and digital resources in schools, requiring innovative thinking and a deep understanding of instructional technology tools.

The BIE provides support for the education of Native American Indian children in grades K-12 throughout 183 BIE-managed and Tribally-controlled schools, and two Native American colleges. The Strategic Transformation of Education Plan (STEP) is an initiative to provide support and resources for students, teachers and BIE-managed and Tribally-controlled schools.

As a Digital Learning Coach, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary contact for schools and educators in the assigned community regarding digital learning needs, instructional technology tools, and digital resources.
  • Providing prompt and effective support, addressing inquiries, technical issues, and guiding educators in utilizing digital tools for instruction.

In addition, you will:

  • Stay updated on emerging trends, research, and best practices in instructional technology and digital learning.
  • Recommend innovative solutions for integrating technology in teaching and learning based on research and pedagogical principles.
  • Collaborate with educators and school leaders to identify digital learning needs, develop strategies, and implement digital tools and resources.

**Requirements:*

  • A valid teaching certificate with a minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in a K-12 educational setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing instructional technology tools, applications, and digital resources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support and collaborate with educators, school leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Innovative thinking and the ability to recommend and implement technology solutions that enhance teaching and learning.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends, research, and best practices in instructional technology and digital learning.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize responsibilities to fulfill Innovation Coach duties.

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
