**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Education Technology Specialist to join our team at Arrow Alliance Industries LLC. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the education of Native American Indian children in grades K-12 throughout 183 BIE-managed and Tribally-controlled schools, and two Native American colleges.

The successful candidate will have a valid teaching certificate with a minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in a K-12 educational setting. They must be proficient in utilizing instructional technology tools, applications, and digital resources.

In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for schools and educators in the assigned community regarding digital learning needs, instructional technology tools, and digital resources. You will provide prompt and effective support, addressing inquiries, technical issues, and guiding educators in utilizing digital tools for instruction.

  • Recommend innovative solutions for integrating technology in teaching and learning based on research and pedagogical principles.
  • Collaborate with educators and school leaders to identify digital learning needs, develop strategies, and implement digital tools and resources.
  • Professional Development:
  • Provide guidance and support for educators' professional development related to instructional technology and digital learning.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and provide resources to help educators develop skills and confidence in using digital tools effectively.
  • Share knowledge and best practices for leveraging digital resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Collaborate with school leaders, educators, and stakeholders to align instructional technology initiatives and strategies.
  • Participate in meetings and trainings to share insights, contribute to continuous improvement of digital learning practices, and ensure effective coordination with other educators and support staff.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
