American Equipment Holdings is a leading provider of overhead crane and hoist solutions, serving over 4,000 customers nationwide. As an integral part of our organization, we are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee and supervise the organization's payroll functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations for our multi-state organization. This includes implementing, maintaining, processing, and reviewing payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.

We require someone with extensive knowledge of the payroll function, including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes. Experience with certified payroll processing for multiple states is also essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
