- Recruit, orient, and engage staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Operational Management
- Ensure effective and timely communication of relevant information to staff and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure performance management aspects are in place.
- Anticipate and respond to physician/provider staffing needs and assure that support staff are appropriately scheduled.
- Quality and Continuous Improvement
- Promote and support quality initiatives and innovation within the service line.
- Facilitate a site-based approach to continuous improvement that links with service line strategy.
- Communicate quality data and seek opportunities to improve patient care.
- Culture and Customer Service
- Develop and maintain a balanced, supportive work environment that demonstrates behaviors consistent with Fairview Health Services' commitments.
- Continuously build customer understanding by listening to customers and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Experience
- 1-2 years of proven leadership experience.
- Minnesota RN license.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Additional education in healthcare, business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of previous supervisory/management experience.
