You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and gather requirements, evaluate existing business processes, and facilitate conversations to drive actionable change.

- Own closing the documentation gap that currently exists in this space.

- Solid grasp of banking processes.
- Familiarity with banking products.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- History of working with Salesforce as a tool.
- Salesforce Admin certified or ability to pass a Salesforce Admin certification exam within the first 4 months of work.
