Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Bluegreen Vacations. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various sales and marketing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting high-caliber candidates for sales and marketing positions
  • Partnering with the Director of Talent Acquisition to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Collaborating with hiring managers across various departments to identify talent needs and develop solutions
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local colleges and universities to attract top talent
  • Planning and executing career networking events to promote our brand and attract potential candidates
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive sourcing plan to identify and attract top talent
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to hiring managers to improve their recruitment skills
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting and hiring top talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools
