About the Role: As an Industrial Engineer Associate at W. L. Gore & Associates, you will work in cross-functional project teams to support and improve manufacturing and supply chain processes. You will have the opportunity to learn business, divisional, and functional competencies, emphasizing supply chain operations. The ability to partner with other disciplines and adapt to the latest technology is essential. Required Qualifications:

  • B.S. and/or M.S. students graduating December 2025 and majoring in Industrial Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Industrial and Management Engineering, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Engineering Management, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Ability to adapt and respond effectively in real-time to changing situations and circumstances
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and analyze diverse data to identify critical information and solve problems
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and fairly with others, leveraging collective expertise to achieve shared goals
  • Demonstrates integrity and authenticity to gain the confidence and trust of others by consistently following through on commitments and aligning actions with words
  • Demonstrates a strong interest and ability to continuously learn and grow and a willingness to take on work that expands capabilities
