About the Role: As an Industrial Engineer Associate at W. L. Gore & Associates, you will work in cross-functional project teams to support and improve manufacturing and supply chain processes. Required Qualifications:

  • B.S. and/or M.S. students graduating December 2025 and majoring in Industrial Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Industrial and Management Engineering, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Engineering Management, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Ability to adapt and respond effectively in real-time to changing situations and circumstances
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and analyze diverse data to identify critical information and solve problems
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and fairly with others, leveraging collective expertise to achieve shared goals
  • Demonstrates integrity and authenticity to gain the confidence and trust of others by consistently following through on commitments and aligning actions with words
  • Demonstrates a strong interest and ability to continuously learn and grow and a willingness to take on work that expands capabilities
