Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seasonal Clinical Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room team. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our surgical services.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care through the perioperative process, including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative periods.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, collect and organize relevant data, and prioritize patient needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and make appropriate referrals as needed.
• Delegate and supervise nursing care in the perioperative setting, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and attention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to hospital standards and regulations.
Requirements
• Graduation from a school of nursing with a current Florida license.
• One year of experience in a perioperative setting, with a strong focus on patient care and safety.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
