Finished Goods Distribution Warehouse:
Bosch manages a vast array of part numbers in the Automotive Aftermarket, providing a comprehensive and up-to-date selection for distributors and workshops, particularly for consumable parts and braking system components.
- Operate powered industrial trucks and other material handling equipment daily.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners on a daily basis.
- Exercise sound judgment to adhere to established routines and practices, making minor decisions as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 6S principles.
- Report any equipment or facility damage immediately.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- Engage in various functions related to the shipping, receiving, and storage of parts, materials, and products.
- Prepare parts and materials for shipment, verifying quantities and packing items appropriately.
- Receive incoming shipments, unloading trucks and checking for completeness and damage.
- Document shipments and compile necessary paperwork, ensuring materials are stored correctly.
- Prevent damage to equipment and materials through careful handling and inspection.
- Maintain a safety-first mindset to avoid injuries and accidents.
- Take responsibility for personal work performance.
- Meet established productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Engage in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.
- Utilize basic mathematical skills for inventory management and reporting.
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, with evening shifts and potential for overtime.
- Lift products/materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, and bend as necessary to complete job functions.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience operating forklifts.
- Experience with Order Picker/Cherry Picker forklifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Fixed Mast Reach Trucks.
- OSHA certification for powered industrial trucks.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills and keyboard proficiency.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with warehouse management systems like SAP.

Salary Range:
The base hourly wage for this full-time position is $16.75. Compensation is determined based on various factors, including work experience, job knowledge, and role complexity.
