Bosch Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for supervising the activities of our warehouse personnel, ensuring that instructions, processes, and procedures are followed as indicated on the Quality System instructions.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Health and Safety, AEO, and C-TPAT.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of warehouse personnel.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP, RF Warehouse Management, and Freight Management system modules.
- Experience with problem-solving methodologies, such as PDCA, Fishbone, 8D, 5 Why, and Shining.
- Experience with external and internal audits, including HSE, AEO, and C-TPAT requirements and audits.
- Experience managing a team of 50+ associates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate regularly with customers, carriers, and suppliers.
- Experience organizing and managing multiple priorities, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
