Job Title: Phlebotomist Floater

Location: Uniontown, OH

Duration: 3 months Project (Possibility of Extension and conversion based upon performance)

Shift/Time Zone: Day Shift/ EST - Between 6a-6p

Pay Range: $20.25 - $22.00 on W2

Job Description:

As a Phlebotomist Floater, you will be responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.

You will provide coverage at multiple locations for multiple roles, ensuring that daily activities of the Patient Service Centre/Mobile/Long Term Care/In-Office Phlebotomy are completed accurately and on time.

You will act as a coach, mentor, instructor, resource advisor for new employees and provide effective onboarding services to new clients.

You will be the point of contact to staff on site and provide regular input to the group lead or supervisor.

You must be capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

Work Experience:

Two to Five years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of paediatric, geriatric and capillary collections

Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred
