- Independently oversees client relations, project budgeting, and resource distribution.
- Provides expert direction and support on intricate projects.
- Reviews and prepares technical documentation, emphasizing quality and alignment with client and regulatory requirements.
- Assesses subsurface conditions for remediation efforts.
- Develops regulatory strategies to advocate for clients during negotiations.
- Collaborates effectively with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction.
- Conducts performance evaluations and facilitates team discussions.
- Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in geology, environmental science, or a related discipline.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5-10+ years of experience in managing environmental projects.
- Experience in site investigation, reporting, and management of remediation projects is essential.
- Proven ability in technical report writing and client engagement.
- Familiarity with contaminant assessment and remediation, along with knowledge of environmental regulations.
- Prior experience in managing client relationships, financial oversight, and personnel management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
- Professional certifications such as PE or PG are advantageous.
- Understanding of business development practices is a plus.
