Our Operations team is dedicated to ensuring patients have access to safe and effective medicines worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our Process Development team to develop and implement efficient processes for manufacturing biopharmaceuticals.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
- Contribute to the development of technical projects in areas such as Drug Substance Technologies, Attribute Sciences, and Manufacturing and Clinical Supply.
- Participate in training sessions, executive speaker series, lab tours, and networking events to enhance your professional development.
- Currently enrolled in a Masters program in a related field (e.g., Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering) with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong basic lab skills and ability to learn new experimental methods.
- Ability to conduct research, manage multiple projects, and bring structure to complex problems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory policies.
- A competitive hourly rate of $40.00.
