Bakery Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Scratch Baker to join our bakery team at Market of Choice in South Eugene. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods that delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other sweet and savory treats
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of professional scratch baking experience
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
