About the Role:

This entry-level position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, emphasizing relationship development and regulatory compliance
  • Perform routine duties in accordance with bank policies and procedures, ensuring operational soundness and high-quality customer experience
  • Recognize relationship deepening opportunities, refer customers to business partners as needed, and collaborate with the team to achieve banking center initiatives
  • Operate a cash box/recycler, serve as Vault, ATM, or Coin Machine custodian as required, and accurately process entries and reconcile cash, checks, and negotiables

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred and six months to one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Cash handling experience preferred, basic mathematical acumen required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, including the ability to form and maintain client relationships
