Position Summary: We are currently seeking a qualified Skincare Specialist. This role involves collaborating with some of the leading clinicians in the field.

Schedule: Flexible options available for part-time (minimum 16 hours per week) or full-time, with a requirement to work Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary: Responsible for providing elective skincare services to patients under the supervision of Physicians. Duties include educating patients on treatment plans and medications, ensuring patient satisfaction with services and products, and fostering ongoing relationships for skincare treatments.

Specific Duties:

  • Conduct complimentary consultations with patients regarding skincare services.
  • Provide tailored instructions and educational resources based on individual skin types, recommending adjustments to skincare regimens as necessary.
  • Identify patient skincare goals and recommend appropriate products and services to achieve those objectives.
  • Consult with Physicians on treatment protocols and report any patient noncompliance.
  • Coordinate communication with patients regarding their skincare treatment plans and home care instructions.
  • Maintain detailed patient medical records documenting all treatment procedures, product usage, and educational materials provided.
  • Keep the clinical team informed about current product information and availability.
  • Facilitate training for staff on new products, procedures, and equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Ensure treatment rooms and work areas comply with safety standards.
  • Manage inventory and supplies for treatment rooms and retail areas.
  • Maintain a valid Esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
  • Assist in coordinating promotional events and specials.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Moderate levels of talking, bending, twisting, reaching, and balancing.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Potential exposure to infectious organisms and risks associated with chemicals and sharp objects.
