• Certified personal trainer or licensed massage therapist
• 500 hours of massage therapy school or satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Maryland
• One year of experience in personal training, therapeutic bodywork, or a related field
• A current personal training certification from an accredited program or a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a similar field
