Job Title: Behavior Analyst - Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary:

ASun Star is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor. The successful candidate will provide leadership and oversight to our ABA department, ensuring the seamless implementation of Behavior Support Plans and the provision of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and guidance to ABA staff, including Tech I's, Tech II's, and BT's, to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement assessment tools and functional assessments to inform behavior strategies and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized behavior plans and treatment plans.
  • Conduct regular data collection and analysis to inform program development and ensure program efficacy.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to ABA staff on behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, adaptive life skills, and other relevant topics.
  • Stay current with literature, research findings, and resources related to ABA and behavior analysis.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related human services field.
  • BCBA certification with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a variety of clients, including those with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook systems.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid New Jersey Driver's License.

Salary: $60 - $85 per hour.
