Core Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with existing and potential clients within the designated territory, fostering positive relationships.

- Advise clients on maintenance and repair practices to optimize ownership and operational costs.
- Develop and maintain the technical expertise necessary to promote our parts and service offerings.
- Acquire and sustain product knowledge on AGCO equipment and other offerings from Agri-Service.
- Assess client needs and devise effective solutions.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer relationships.
- Assist clients within 24 hours of equipment delivery, focusing on maintenance and care.
- Generate timely and accurate quotes for parts and service requirements.
- Embrace integrity, quality, and responsiveness to client needs.
- Work closely with business partners and corporate support on warranty and product-related matters.
- Champion safety practices at Agri-Service, adhering to all relevant safety policies and standards.
- Align with and promote the corporate vision, values, and objectives of the organization.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated understanding of parts and service offerings.
- Ability to develop and maintain product knowledge of AGCO and Agri-Service products.
- Capability to assess client needs and enhance satisfaction.
- Proficient in identifying problems and implementing solution-oriented approaches.
- Familiarity with Microsoft, CDK, and OneAGCO is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with planning and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of two years of sales and/or parts and service experience is preferred.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (speak, read, comprehend, write).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods, along with walking, standing, climbing, reaching, pushing, pulling, leaning, and twisting.
- Must meet all safety requirements as per applicable safety policies.
