Phlebotomy Specialist

Mountain View Hospital is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients, ensuring proper patient identification and labeling of samples, and transporting them to the laboratory for testing.

• Collect blood samples from patients, ensuring proper patient identification and labeling of samples.
• Transport blood samples to the laboratory for testing.
• Follow hospital policies and procedures for transporting and delivering samples to the laboratory.
• Perform CLIA waived moderate testing.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, doctors, and other medical staff.
• Work well under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Phlebotomy course or phlebotomy experience.
• Experience with computers and office equipment.
• The ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
