Your Responsibilities:
- Design and execute tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
- Apply research-based teaching methods, adapting the curriculum to accommodate diverse learning preferences.
- Track student development and adjust instructional plans to address changing needs.
- Provide specialized instruction customized to the requirements of the entire classroom.
- Foster inclusive learning environments by collaborating with general education instructors and support personnel, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive educational experience.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or a related discipline.
- Valid teaching certification or eligibility for Special Education certification (LBS1).
- Proven experience working with students with disabilities in an educational context.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
- Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to addressing the unique needs of students with special requirements.
