Job Title: Registered Nurse

At MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Assess patient health needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Medication Administration and Monitoring: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitor patients' vital signs, and recognize and address any changes or concerns.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Professional Development: Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and professional development activities to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Qualifications:
  • Education and Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
  • Clinical Experience: Clinical nursing experience preferred, specific to the area of practice (e.g., ICU, Med-Surg, etc.).
  • Skills and Certifications: Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
