Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Leader to lead our Southern Oregon office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership and ensuring the quality and timely completion of projects assigned.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Provide direction, guidance, and support to project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Financial Management: Estimate and develop project budgets, prepare and maintain project schedules, and thoroughly understand and administer owner contracts.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager, with a strong knowledge and understanding of the construction field.
  • Software Proficiency: Intermediate to Proficient level of understanding in Sage 300, Procore, or similar construction management software.
