Key Responsibilities of the General Manager:

  • Oversee and enhance restaurant operations to ensure excellence
  • Take full accountability for food service, bar operations, and customer hospitality
  • Guide and mentor staff to achieve outstanding performance in catering and off-site services
  • Ensure the establishment is clean, well-maintained, and in good repair
  • Manage sales projections, labor scheduling, and inventory control

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a General Manager role or similar position
  • Strong communication and time management abilities
  • Proficient in problem-solving and maintaining composure under pressure
  • Comfortable with the technological requirements of a managerial position
  • Ability to operate commercial kitchen equipment
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
