Job Description:

As a Senior Associate Systems Engineer at L3Harris, you will be responsible for performing operational analysis and developing concept of operations, design and implementation plans. Your expertise will be utilized to develop test plans, procedures, and cases, conduct tests, and document results. You will also use software tools, scripting, and software/hardware troubleshooting to analyze systems requirements from end systems and users. Additionally, you will support the development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures, and develop and deliver presentations to communicate design activity plans and status to internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field is required. Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, systems analysis and design, system performance modeling, integration, and/or project management, and/or model-based systems engineering is also preferred. Familiarity with Rhapsody is a plus.

Benefits:

L3Harris offers a competitive salary range of $67,500 - $125,000, as well as a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
