Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced RF IC Design Engineer to join our Module Design Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, verifying, and productizing SOI ICs in module solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and verify SOI ICs in module solutions
- Block-level planning, design, and tape-out schedule management
- Analysis of design trade-offs in cost, risk, and performance
- Guide activities across multiple functions, such as layout, verification, test, and manufacturing
- Hands-on design experience in high-performance analog and RF products
- Mid-level RF design experience in SOI with Cadence and ADS
- Comfortable with at least one major EM tool for full IC + module level simulation
- Good understanding of IC design flow and full life-cycle experience on multiple products
- Knowledge of digital communication systems
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Min MSEE + 5 years of experience
At Skyworks Solutions, we offer a competitive salary range of $110,600 - $210,600 per year, depending on relevant experience and skills. We also provide access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and other benefits. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan and certain roles are eligible for additional awards, including recognition and stock.
