We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Leader - Customer Experience & Outreach. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Ensure that all customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service, and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Collaborate with the Store Leader to manage and delegate workload, and ensure the execution of plans and strategies across the store.
- Leadership Development: Coach, teach, train, recognize, and manage all aspects of performance and development for all store associates to encourage professional growth and build a bench of talent.
- Sales Growth: Focus on promoting and driving sales as they pertain to, or are driven by, your position and acting as the Leader on Duty (LOD).
- Communication: Communicate regularly with the management team concerning all aspects of sales, customer feedback/traffic, and associate training/performance.
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience.
- Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent, Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
- Availability: Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
We offer a competitive salary range of $28.00 to $43.75 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentives.
