Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based clinical interventions to clients referred from schools, medical providers, and community referral sources.
  • Evaluate and assess the needs of clients referred for services, utilizing a collaborative approach with families, schools, and community resources.
  • Coordinate services through collaborative efforts with families, schools, case managers, hospitals, and community resources.
  • Meet regularly with the assigned clinical supervisor for oversight, direction, and clinical review of current caseload.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and reports, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Eligibility for licensure in the State of Iowa.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families, schools, and community resources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
