Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Maintenance Team at MOBIS. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and troubleshooting robot applications, electrical systems, PLCs, control systems, conveyor systems, and process/equipment monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter preventive, general, and breakdown maintenance data into the SAP system.
  • Create and update the preventive maintenance task list to ensure reliability.
  • Review and report equipment, equipment downtime, damage codes, downtime causes, countermeasures, and maintenance repair/replacement activities.
  • Print, install, and manage barcode labels on machines.
  • Control the preventive maintenance process with tablet PCs and train hourly team members.
General Operations
  • Collaborate with QC to perform annual equipment inspections and tool measuring.
  • Evaluate and compare equipment history to update in SAP.
  • Manage the equipment maintenance manual.
  • Prepare weekly work summary reports.
  • Assist maintenance management as needed.
  • Plan equipment PM schedules, shutdowns, and repairs for the MNAe Plant line.
  • Plan equipment improvement schedules for the MNAe Plant line.
  • Control equipment downtime/MTTR/MTBF/3R5S/Improvement for the MNAe Plant line.
  • Control weekly/monthly results and plan for the MNAe Plant line.
  • Control equipment materials and spare parts accuracy for the MNAe Plant line.
  • Report results and improvement plans for the MNAe Plant line PM planning for equipment.
  • Plan equipment PM schedules, shutdowns, and repairs for the MNAe Plant line.
  • Support equipment materials and spare parts accuracy for the MNAe Plant line.
  • Support listing up for the inconsistency of equipment with countermeasures.
  • Support and update improvements to equipment for the MNAe Plant line.
  • Support repairing parts.
Project Related to Equipment
  • Support new equipment installation with engineering cooperation.
  • Inspect new equipment and create a plan for training team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • One or more years of experience with industrial maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automotive manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Experience with Electrical Controls and PLCs.
  • Experience with Conveyors.
Working Conditions
  • 60% on the production floor, 40% in the office.
  • Extensive walking and standing on the production floor.
  • Occasional bending and stooping.
